Walk-in Centre Frequently Asked Questions

This urgent care service operates 7 days a week. The Opening times for the Walk in Centre are 8am – 8pm.

Please note that if you arrive at the Belmont Walk in Centre and HHCIC are fully booked (with no appointments available) we will redirect you to the nearest emergency service or you will be advised to call 111 depending on the treatment required.

The address for the Belmont Walk in Centre is ‘516 Kenton Ln, Stanmore, Harrow HA3 7LT‘. To view the map, please go to ‘Harrow Walk-in-centre’ menu and drop down to the Belmont Walk in centre section.

The Services we do NOT provide at the Walk-In-Centre:

  • Dressing
  • Removing or placing Stitches
  • Injections example flu jabs
  • No blood tests
  • Pregrancy procedures
  • X-rays
  • Ultrasounds
  • Assistance with removing equipment – any health equipment which has been placed on you by another GP, or Hospital service.

Please note you will be redirected to the hospital for any of these queries above by our Walk-in-Centre staff.

The Belmont health Centre is a separate service not run by Harrow Health CIC staff. The service run by Harrow Health CIC staff is the Walk in Service only. Any questions relating to this please call 020 8866 4100 and dial 1.

To find out the waiting times please call the Walk in Centre on the same day. Please be aware that the waiting time could change from the time the call is made to visiting the Walk in Centre.

We are always happy to receive suggestions on how we can improve our service. However if you wish to make a formal complaint about the service that you have received, please make it in writing, addressed to our Complaints Manager or send an email to harhl.hhcicpatientservices@nhs.net.

We are unable to book Walk in centre appointments over the phone. Please be advised that you will need to visit the Walk in centre in order to get an appointment.
