Physiotherapy Update

The commissioning of physiotherapy services has been altered from April 2017. Patients will be managed on a case-by-case basis and will be offered an average of 3 appointments with an emphasis on home exercises and continuing self-management.

Please use the new HEROS Harrow Physiotherapy Referral Form for Community physiotherapy and Spinal Service referrals.

Harrow Health physiotherapy providers, Anatomie physiotherapy and the Sherwood clinic are keen to work with practices and patients to gain the most from a physiotherapy referral.

Helpful Information:

Please use this patient information leaflet about the service which will explain how to get the best out of a physiotherapy referral

Anatomie physiotherapy have also produced a series of short videos of exercises that patients can use whilst awaiting assessment. (Please note these are not a replacement for physiotherapy treatment but a useful starting point).

Physiotherapy Education for Practices

Harrow Health CIC provides Education session on Joint assessment in practices. Currently we are featuring the shoulder assessment.

Please email Chani Patel, Project Manager at to arrange a session in your practice.

The short video link below features Dr Ali Dhankot simulating a consultation with a patient which forms part of the educational package.
